I have always found them honest and dependable. My husband had used them for gas and inspections on a regular basis. I lived in Texas and had car repair done right before getting married and driving to Virginia. I put in the wrong code for the radio,so we drove across the country with no radio. (We definitely got to know each other better!) I contacted the dealer when I arrived in Virginia. They advised me it would be 65.00 to reset the radio. I was flabbergasted. My husband said to take the car over to the gas station and check with the mechanics there. I drove up and Larry the manager came out, opened the hood and took off the battery cables. He put them back on and had me enter the correct code and lo and behold my radio worked! I timidly asked how much that would cost, he said nothing. He earned a loyal customer. Through all my problems, blown fuses, ruptured hoses, brake jobs and routine checkups, they have been courteous and upfront as to the cost. If the problem is something they don't have teh equipment to deal with, they tell me I need to go elsewhere.
