My radiator blew and took the head gaskets with it. Having bought my 2001 Mazda MVP used from a dealership, I didn't know the engine had been replaced with a Ford Contour engine. It took Bill and the guys at Action some serious sleuthing to figure out why the first gasket job leaked all over the place. Bill told me he had nightmares about my car trying figure out what in the world was going on! They figured it out, and felt so badly about the time it took (they had my car over 3 weeks) that they paid for a rental for me! Thanks guys!

I live within walking distance and I've been taking two elderly Hondas there for perhaps eight years. As a female, I appreciate the fact that they assume I'm intelligent enough to understand the problem with the car. If there's nothing they can do, they tell me so. If the car needs work, they try to do it as economically as possible - i.e., are used parts available?
