They replaced my ignition coil. Charged me $240 for the part, $95 for labor. The part lasted all of 40 minutes of drive time. I was too far away from the shop to take it back in to the same shop, so I went to O'reilly, picked up another ignition coil, and replaced it myself. It cost $125 and literally took me less than a minute. (With my previous car, it had been kind of a pain to switch out the ignition coil, so wasn't expecting that.) So they charged me 100% markup on the part, and charged me $95 for about a minute of labor. Total rip off. They also wanted another $400 to replace the spark plugs and ignition wires. I did that myself, paid $70 for the highest quality plugs and wires O'reilly carried (less than half of what Tunex was going to charge for the parts), and spent half an hour doing it myself. This place is a total ripoff. Only good thing I can say is that they refunded me for the bad ignition coil with minor hassle. They didn't refund the bs "hour" of labor charge. Stay away.
