While traveling in so. Utah our motorhome developed transmission problems. We took it to Jorgensen Ford on a Friday morning. They knew that we had no where to stay without the motorhome, so they took us right in and were able to diagnose the problem within 2 hours. The vehicle needed a new transmission, but as well as quoting us a price we considered fair to have it fixed, they told us that it would probably not get any worse for several weeks and that we could probably continue our vacation and fix it later. We made the decision to drive it home to have it fixed there as the parts would not arrive in Richfield for 4 days (2 of them weekend days). Not only were they honest in their assessment of the problem, but when we returned the rental car we had rented while the mechanics looked at our motorhome, Jorgensen Ford had called the rental agency and covered the cost of the rental car! For their honesty and kindness we highly recommend them to anyone in the Richfield, Utah area.
