Once I needed a new cluch on my Honda. Mike said that he could not do as good a job as someone he knew in a town twenty miles south of Tyler (Jacksonville). He arranged to have the car taken there without charge. When it was done the guy who did the work brought the car to his home in a town seven miles south of Tyler (Whitehouse). Mike then gave me a ride in his own car to go and get my car. All I had to pay for was the new cluch. Is that service or what!? Mike works on his own schedule. He is usually 9 to 5 or whenever he gets done with your car which could be seven or eight pm. He takes a day off when he feels like it or when he has something else to do, like go hunting. But when he is there he always takes the time to talk to you and tell you what he will do for you. If he needs a part he goes and gets it. So, he may not be in the shop when you need him but when he is there you will get personal attention which is great for you but not for the person behind you! Of all the many times I have needed repair work only two or three times did I have trouble because of Mike's erratic schedule. We are very blessed to have Mike working in Tyler.
