I have been taking my autos to these gus since 1969. I have always been satisified with their work and prices. I have referred many friends to them and they are always appreciative. When I started doing business with them in 1969 they had two bays, now they have at least six. They are located on Pioneer off O'Conner in old Iring.

We have taken our cars to A&F Auto for approx. 30 years. You will not find a more competent repair service. They are all about customer service and retention. I recall the time when, either Cecil or Eldon, stayed up all night to read manuals and figure out the problem with our daughter's car - she had to drive back to college the next day out of state. It was fixed the next morning, and we were not charged for the time. We drive most of our cars up to 175,000 miles. We credit A&F Auto for keeping them running. They are thorough and reasonably priced. We love those guys!

The first time I went to A & F was because of the recommendations listed here. They did a good job, so when the brakes on my daughter's Dodge Dakota were giving her problems, we took it to A & F. We were waited on by the newest mechanic, Fred, who said he'd waited a long time for a position to open up, so that he could become part of the A & F team. He thoroughly, and clearly, explained the work that needed to be done, showed me the wear, and the cracks, in parts that even I knew shouldn't have been there. It was encouraging to see someone so enthusiastic about their work. However, what impressed me most was the way in which female customers are dealt with. As I sat in their (clean) waiting room, I couldn't help but notice the transactions with other the customers. Women were treated the SAME as the men, politely and intelligently. And that is as important to me as the price and quality. I guess that's because my experience has been, wherever that level of respect can be found, a fair price and high quality are sure to follow.

Took my Firebird in running very poorly, they trouble shot the problem and told me what was initially wrong, I went and changed what they said and it ran much better, still needs more work but they told me it probably would. Hours not as convenient as they could be for me. They seem honest and price was very reasonable.

I trust them. They do not "go looking" for extras to pad the bill. They understand limited budgets and how to best jugle the 'to do' list. I have NEVER had them do/charge for something that was not asked for or approved. Fun to deal with. Very smart. Very female friendly.

I took my car in for an oil change and to check on some possible problems... they did the oil change, brake inspection, replacement of 2 belts, and replacement of a radiator hose in under 5 hours for a total cost of $250. Plus they are right around the corner from the train station--I dropped my car off on the way to my regular commute. Thanks guys!
