What's to say? My whole family has been taking their cars to Randy's shop for over 15 years. I've never heard of a single problem. My mother won't let anyone else touch her car, including my dad, even to change the oil! :) You may have to make an appointment a couple of days in advance for non-emergency repairs, but the estimates are always resonable and accurate. Nothing is done unless you understand what it is they're doing and why, and they have your approval. Excellent little family-owned business with outstanding customer service!

The owner of G&R, Randy, has been working on my foreign and domestic vehicles for almost 11 years. Even though my wife knew his family from years ago, he still came highly recommended from members of my church and friends. Although, I try to do minor repair work myself, I have always cringed at the thought of taking my vehicle to an automotive shop for major repairs or unknown problems knowing that I could easily be ripped off. However, when I take my vehicle to G&R I know that I will receive quality workmanship and service without being "taken for a ride". Early on in my married years I took my Buick to a transmission shop because it wasn't shifting properly. I was quoted a $1000 estimate to rebuild the transmission. I took it to G&R and Randy diagnosed the problem as a faulty sensor. If I remember correctly it was fixed for less than $50. Although G&R's hourly charge is comparable to what most other shops charge, you can be sure that you will only get fixed what needs to be fixed and nothing more. Randy as well as his two long-time mechanics are well experienced in all types of cars, foreign and domestic. They fix cars the first time. I think I have only taken back my vehicle one time for warranty work, and that was because of a faulty part (no charge). I highly recommend G&R Automotive for any vehicle repairs. P.S. Randy's wife, Gay, knows a little something about cars too.
