Chris, the guy that runs the place, remembered our names after we had been gone for 3 years. After dealing with other mechanics when we were gone, we realized how much money going to European Auto Werks saved us-- no useless repairs, no going back several times, always told us when something could wait and when it couldn't. His shop is SPOTLESS, which I know because he so often brought us back to show us what was wrong with the car. He and all the other guys treat women like real people with brains, and his office staff is just as nice. He's great about communicating options and lets you know when he's having to make an educated guess, but we never had to bring the car back for the same problem. We recently moved again, and while I miss my parents, I still cry occaisionally about having to find a good, honest mechanic.

Chris was very helpful and explained what was wrong with my car. When i heard a noise after the repair he had me bring it in and fixed it while i waited; after having a mechanic ride with me so that i could recreate the noise for him. it was 100% in 20 min.
