Has worked on my car for an electrical problem on 4 occasions but has only charged me for the first visit. Says he will not charge me for return visits because the problem is not yet solved. Insists I bring the car back because he wants to work on the problem until it is corrected. The last visit he installed a part but refused to accept any payment for parts or labor until I drive it a couple of weeks to make sure the problem is corrected this time. Also a separate occasion he repaired my A/C for $30 after I had received an estimate for $821 from another garage. The A/C has worked perfectly for many months since then.

These guys are so good. I never feel taken advantage of. It's taken a couple of tries to fix some problems but they're so fast it's not a huge deal, just a little inconvenient. I find the pricing very reasonable but wonder sometimes if they estimate 75-100% higher than the final bill in order to minimize sticker shock -- In any case, I won't go anywhere else.

They fix things that I screwed up on and sometimes for free.

I started with Paul's dad in 1976. He worked on my 1964 Cyclone and wife's 1975 Pacer. Through the years he has worked on my Chevy, Mazda, Nissan pickups, my wife and son's Hondas and Scions. I drive my Cyclone (259,000 mi) every weekend. Paul is faithful, honest, resourceful, competent, and runs a clean efficient shop. Has very good techs. I trust my cars to no one else.
