I took my 2000 Dodge Durango in, had sensor replaced and new batter. 1 week later, had problems. Towed in, replaced the battery, ran diagnostics: it was the battery. Charged me $15 for new leads. They are always friendly and knowledgable and explain everything in easy to understand terms. Plus, if the shuttle guy is not around, one of the front counter guys will jump in the van and take you where you need to go. I love this place.

if your looking for help see these guys - called them for starting problem and they advised me to tow it over to them. i had brought it elsewhere but they could not solve the problem as the vehicle started everytime. then when i couldn't start it or jump it. they found the problem and fixed it at a fare price.

I had an issue with the horn in my car. They were very quick in their diagnosis and up front as to what would need to happen. The costs were all laid out before any work was done. They even handed me a whole box of fresh cookies before giving me a ride back to work!
