They have always been great to deal with and have fixed the problem the 1st time every time without any excuses or hassles. A very honest shop!

I've taken four cars to Tommy many times over a 10 year period. He's friendly, knowledgable, and very competent. I've sent many friends to him, and they've all been very satisfied. I even take my new cars to him, rather than to the dealer.

No longer an oxymoron - an honest mechanic! On the rare occasion E&T makes a mistake, they make good on it, no argument. They treat customers with respect. Friends I have sent there have been very satisfied.

I found this shop from this site and was impressed by the reviews so I took my car there. They found the problem (timing belt bloken and water pump siesed) fixed it and did a few other adustments and fixes for free. Tom answered all my questions and my car runs much better than before it broke down. I priced the job with another shop that is highly rated in revews and they quoted me $900+ for what E&T did for $490.

The guys always take time to explain what's wrong and always give you an upfront and accurate estimate of the cost involved. It's kinda like talking to your friends about what your car needs. I trust them completely with all of my cars.

I love having these guys on my team! I've owned many cars in my life, and I've had disreputable shops try to pull some crazy stuff, including trying to charge me for parts my car doesn't have or repairs that aren't needed. One day a friend told me about E&T, and it's the best gift she's ever given me. In the past two years, it's saved me at LEAST $2k compared to what other shops quoted me for repairs... and the peace of mind? Well, that's priceless. These are the ONLY mechanics I've ever found who are honest, competent, charge a fair price, only quote work that really is necessary and don't talk down to me because I'm a woman. They do great work, they're respectful, explain their recommendations and always let me decide on the course of action. The only downside to this shop is that they're so busy, and sometimes I have to wait to get in. Thanks to these guys, I plan on keeping my 2002 car for many more years! Thanks Tommy & Steve! Love you guys.

This is the only shop that has worked on my car that has been straight with me from the get go, even though I'm a woman. E & T was recommended by a friend, and I send everyone who asks to them.
