I walked in there insisting on a new transmission rear main seal. Gerhard diagnosed the problem as a leaking brake booster instead on my old E23 BMW, and shazaam! no more leaking transmission fluid.

THE FIRST TIME I BROUGHT MY CAR TO EUROSPORT AUTOMOTIVE, I WAS COMMING FROM A SHOP THAT TOLD ME MY CAR WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BE ALIGNED, I SPOKE WITH GARY (WHO REALLY SEEMED TO CARE), HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD CHECK THE ALIGNMENT FIGURES AND SEE WHAT HE COULD DO. EUROSPORT ALIGNED MY CAR AND IT HAS BEEN GETTING SERVICED THERE EVER SINCE.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EUROSPORT AUTOMOTIVE

I own an 86 Saab 9000 turbo. This is the only shop in the Dallas Ft. Wirth area to be able to fix this car for a reasonable price (vs. the dealer) correctly (vs. every other shop including so called Saab specialists). They keep their time and price agreements, even if it means they eat some of the cost. The shop is clean, well kept and conveniently located. I have a lot of work to be done on an older foreign car (much of it due to incompetence at other shops). They are getting all my business.

These guys are great. I'm new in town and picked them out of a phone book when my old Audi 4000 died on the road. They delivered a reasonable repair at a fair price. These are the guys to go to. They are competent and fair...most shops are neither.

The dealership created a repair budget that approximated the GDP of a small nation. Instead of authorizing the service, I took the car to Eurosport and they identified/resolved the problem for about 1/8th the estimate... a problem that wasn't even on the original dealer's repair list. I left the car with them for some overdue maintenance - not cheap, mind you, but when is a repair on a BMW cheap? The car was returned on schedule and fully repaired within the quoted budget. They also thoroughly cleaned the car and replaced the hood logo at no additional cost. The only "problem" encountered was that I requested blended synthetic oil instead of synthetic but they used/charged for synthetic. I didn't nitpick but feel they shouldn't have charged the extra $40 for the upgrade since I made my intentions clear at the time of the order. He did identify the problem up-front... not trying to hide it... but could have adjusted the costs to what the blended would have been. I'll be back... they saved me thousands off the dealer costs and treated me a whole lot better.

This is a nice shop. The guys treat you with respect and complete the work on time. This is a great alternative to having to go to the dealership.

I've taken my BMW and kid's VW's in for repairs and routine maintainance and always had a good experience; work done on time and on estimate. Never had to return for a 're-fix' thus far. Very clean shop, as well.

They replaced a headlight bulb for me at no charge! I was a first time customer as I had used "Mechanics Files" to find them. I didn't even need to book an appointment. What a surprise! I will definitely go back and I have already recommended them to a colleague (VW).
