The service representative has always treated my family in a very professional manner. I have taken several of my vehicles to them and they have always fixed any problems we had and they always contacted us when additional problems arose. I highly recommend them and they will accommodate any financial arrangement if the cost (they are very reasonable on their work) is out of reach of customer at that time.

The managers, James and Cesar, are extremely friendly and take immediate responsibility when unexpected problems happen while they possess your car. The first time I took my car there for a check engine light that was preventing it from passing inspection, another local shop had it first and charged me $900 to not fix the problem (they did however give me the inspection sticker for that price). I took it to Three Points and they fixed it in a day for $200. The second time was for a cooling problem, which turned out to be quite expensive, but they came down on the price of labor and I felt that I was taken care of. There were some other minor problems that started while they had possession of the car and they corrected those promptly at no cost to me. Highly recommended!
