I am a woman who knows very little about cars. Reggie explained the problem with my truck patiently without being condescending. He was very pleasant and reassuring. I had been to another mechanic in town who "fixed" my air conditioning while charging me $100. When it still didn't work, I took it to Reggie. He discovered that the other mechanic had added too much freon which caused the system to function inadequately. It turned out that I needed only a $6 part to replace an inferior part that came on the truck. Where another mechanic charged me $100 and didn't fix the problem, Reggie fixed it and charged me nothing!! I trust him to tell me the truth regardless of whether or not he will profit. I would recommend him to anyone (even my Mom!)
