Keith Ramsey is the owner/operator. He employes one of his lifelong friends, Steve. They are no frills, but the work they do is honest and reliable. They answer questions that one may have without making them feel stupid. They give an honest estimate, and don't do work that is not needed. They also call with parts prices before they do any work. They usually recommend the least expensive route, unless they think that spending a little more now will save you money later. Keith and Steve know that their bread and butter is return customers. Watch Steve, though! The soda machine has a button for root beer, but when you push it a "Yoohoo" comes out. Apparently, he's cut a deal with the vending guy because he likes "Yoohoos" and he racks up on people who think they're getting a root beer!

Keith Ramsey is the owner and he employess one of his lifelong friends, Steve. These guys are no frills, and they always look for the most economical way to serve their customers. They call with prices on parts before they perform any maintenance, and they always offer the least expensive route, unless they feel that spending a little more now might save you time and money later. You can ask questions, and they don't make you feel stupid for asking. Watch Steve! When you push the rootbeer button on the soda machine a "Yoohoo" comes out. Steve loves "Yoohoos!" I think he cut some kind of deal with the vending machine guy!
