I needed my '95 Dodge Ram repaired so it would pass State emmissions test. It failed for high CO2 & hydrocarbons. I visited 15 shops to try and get someone to tell me what methodology they were going to use to determine what parts were to be replaced. I was not happy with any of the other's responses. I knew something about the problems based on the truck's failure last year. And once they started to list items that couldn't be part of the problem or were non-committal until they performed their own diagnostic scan then I left. Robert advertised that his shop gives "quality personal service" and from my experience that statement is correct. He was listed in the State's recognized list of emmission repair shops. And he will sit down with you and tell you what he is going to do on your car and why. Did he perform his own diagnostic analysis before he started to work on the problem? Well of course he did, but he was able (willing) to enumerate the REASONS for doing so and what certain findings would indicate. When more problems were found he called and explained the additional procedures and cost. I spent alot of money on this repair but I figure it was a bargain because now I have found a good mechanic. Robert specializes in BMW, MB, VW's and Volvo. But he repaired my Dodge PU. And if you are having trouble passing the State Inspections or any car trouble that you want explainations about. I would recommend you contact Robert, 972-221-8743.

We ran into Robert & his wife at the local MINI dealer and invited them to our MINI Cooper club (we're on our 3rd MINI). After talking with Robert for a while, we realized we'd worked with him before he owned his own shop. The previous shop had the best mechanics I'd ever worked with and was sure Robert would be just as good running his own place. (Long story very short, the prior shopowner retired). Anyway a few months later when we need the A/C worked on in one of the MINIs, we let Robert have a shot at it. As I expected from Robert's pedigree, his team did a great job. So well that in the Texas summer heat, my wife has to turn the A/C UP to keep from freezing! And his guy Daniel was able to clean out the system for only about $160. The fact that it was dirty is probably an indication that the compressor is wearing out, but this will allow us to delay replacement for a while, at least until the summer heat is over and maybe until we sell the car next spring.

My wife's Town Car had a fuel pump problem. They replaced it and the car ran well. But it soon developed a fuel leak from the area where the new part was installed. The problem was repaired. But these are good people, and I recommend them. There have been times when I just needed some advice, and they will take the time to speak with you about your car and give you good options.
