When I went to sell my Volvo, it needed air conditioner work. They gave me an estimate, which I passed on to the buyer. She had the repair made and when she went to pay for it, it was $200 less than the estimate. They have replaced fuses at no charge. They also top off all fluids after any repair. They'll even deliver the car to the hand car wash down the street. (They don't pay for it, however). I also take doughnuts first thing in the morning if I only need an oil change. It gets me to the front of the line.

I've been going to their two West Houston locations for years. Their only (minor) shortcomings is that they are next to a donut shop and aren't open on weekends. They say they do this because they want the best mechanics and want to treat them fairly. I've had them make the necessary (cheap) repair rather than waste my money on what I thought was the problem. I've recommended them to many others and have never had anyone tell me that they had a bad experience there. The one time a sensor failed while they were working on something else, they split the cost with me to replace it. Pretty fair since it would have failed on its own soon enough.

Good guys; excellent location (for me, anyway) and willing and able to get you in and get your job done quickly.

They are OK, but they don't seem to have much interest in keeping costs down and never cut you a deal, even after spending $1000 in their shop.
