I have been taking vehicles to Hi Tech for the last 4 or 5 years. They have done everything from replacing the window regulators (in the last 2 yrs of my 10 yr old Maxima, all 4 regulators went out). After the first 2 I questioned them abotu just replacing the remaining ones and Mohammad suggested I wait them out and just repair them as needed. Although they did eventually need to be repaired, he saved me the expense until it was needed. I took my Maxima to them for what sounded like a lifter problem which turned out to be a dealer repair (they did not have the proper equipment to handle this). The dealer did diagnostics and gave me an estimate of other repairs needed on the car. I had the dealer fix the one item (I think it was a timing control value) Hi Tech could not do, and I took the rest back to Hi Tech. They charged me 1/3 of what the dealer would have charged, including doing 1 item for free that the dealer would have charged me over $100 for (just for a small $1 gasket). When I bought my Altima this past summer, I took it to Hi Tech and they gave it a good inspection. I've had the car since July and haven't had any problems with it. I can't say enough about the service I've received from them. My only complaint is I wish the shop were closer to where I live *now*. Sheila P.S. As far as the specific ratings and mechanic levels listed in the questionaire, I don't know off the top of my head. The service has been superb. Since I only buy used cars, usually with no warranty, the certification isn't as relevant to me as general skill and service level is.

I have been going to Hi-tech for the past 4-5 years. I have never trusted mechanic but the mechanics there are so honest. I recommended my brother there and he says nothing but positive things about them.
