Is quick to tell you if the work could or should be covered under the dealer warranty. Alwayd offers to take you home & pick you up when the car is ready. If my wife, or others in the neighborhood go in with a minor or imagined problem, ther is rarely any charge. He has had his shop in the area for many years and has built a loyal following. Not only a good mechanic, but a super nice guy.

They have really done a fantastic job in repairing and working on my three Dodge Neons. I have asked them to do work that they would probably never do for any other Neon (high performance parts, etc) and they have always done a FABULOUS job. I have recommended several friends to them and believe all shops should be run like this. Cory

The firt time I used Top Tech (TT)on referral I compared pricing from my usual mechanic to TT and TT's pricing for the same work was about 56% less. On my most recent service I took my car in for brake work. The ABS light remained on after picking up the car so I took it back the next day. They checked the car and realized (and admitted!) that they had failed to add back a necessary component to the system. Edward (the GM), upon completing the work, handed me back $40 from his own pocket. He apologized for the error and for the time that I had to wait on the fix. I was astounded. I've NEVER had such a response from ANY mechanic I have ever worked with in the past. He has completely won me over as a loyal customer. I would, without any reservation, highly recommend Top Tech.
