I started out with this shop when other mechanics at other shops had really screwed up on my Audi for a simple tune up and Craig and Bill got it right the first time. now whenever I have a problem with my 1986 Audi 4000 S. I bring it to Craig and Bill and feel like I'm treated right.

I've been taking my VWs to Craig @ C&B since 1994. They are the kind of mechanic you follow even when they move 10 miles further away (as C&B did). If it's European or Japanese, these guys can fix it. They'll have it done when they say they will, and they'll be fair on pricing their labor; they'll also do whatever they can to keep the parts cost down without cutting corners. Basically, when C&B fix it, you know it's fixed and you know you haven't been overcharged. I've recommended them to several friends with Audis, Nissans, Toyotas, and other VWs. Everybody has been very happy with the service they received from these guys. They're also experts on BMWs, Porches, and Mercedes-Benz. I've even seen the occasional Ferarri in the bays there.
