The cars are expensive to maintain but the work done right the first time and they stand behind their work. The shop is spotless and waiting room has large window which looks out on to repair area so as gives you a chance see your car and ask questions. Mr. Richter is a skilled mechanic and has done several things at no charge but he mainly functions as guy that keeps things running. He tells you which things you can put off and which thing need to be care of soon and which things needs to be taken care of immediately and how much it will cost. I have been highly pleased.

One thing I like the most is that he will fix little things at no charge, but having Mercedes is expensive and maintaining it is not cheap they but do superb job and their prices better than the dealers prices. Also the shop is spotless with comfortable WR looking out on the workplace.

Let me put it this way. No one, but no one will ever touch my 1972 300SEL 4.5 except these guys. Few others will touch my 1999 E300 Turbodiesel besides these guys. When the warranty runs out, no one else will touch it. And I live 350+ miles away in West Texas. Does that tell you anything? This is the only shop I've ever been in where a customer regularly brings in fresh, home made brownies for the staff and customers, and then speaks German with the owner, Herr Richter. Does that tell you anything? It should.

Hans repaired a broken side mirror and when I asked, "What do I owe you?", his answer was "Bring it back when it has a real problem!".
