They don't have a towing service, but I and everyone at work (We all use them), find that it's cheaper to pay to have our cars towed to Haydar and Charlie than to take them anywhere else. They will come to our place of employment and work on our cars in the parking lot too. These guys are great. They will always say when a problem is some simple thing that only costs five bucks even when you're expecting to have to pay a couple hundred. The reason they scored low on convenience to public transportation is because it's Houston for gosh sake!

My coworkers and I all go to Haydar and Charlie because they are so honest. The other day one of my coworkers took her 1989 Camaro in because it appeared to be losing oil pressure. They could have told her she needed a new engine, and it would have been plausible. Instead they told her it was just the oil sensor switch and fixed it very inexpensively. We all have learned the hard way to go to Haydar and Charlie FIRST. Other shops do unnecessary work and don't fix the problem.
