They always fix the problem the first time. They never suggest fixing stuff that isn't broken. They've never kept my car more than a day. They even take the time to show me what happened and how it is supposed to work.

Very happy with my sevice. I came in first thing in the morning and had to wait for it to complete so John put my car first in the queue and even drove me down the road to get some food while I waited. They found several things wrong with my car and unlike most service shops I have been to, not just told me, but *showed* me in detail what was wrong and why it had to or didn't have to be fixed. I don't think I have ever left the dealer not feeling screwed and left these guys feeling quite good.

I could not think more highly of John and his crew. Very competent and as honest as the day is long. Wife's A/C went out a while back. Needed a circuit board in the panel. $700. But Trace took a shot at repairing it which he did successfully. Cost $50 labor. I trust these guys with all of our vehicles.
