We have used Pond Springs Automotive for 11 years, since a friend of ours who runs a large transmission shop in town told us he used them himself and trusted them implicitly. That endorsement has proved to be 100% correct. They have worked on our Chevy Astro vans, Ford Escort, Honda Accord, and now Saturn L300 wagon, plus cars of various makes from friends we have recommended the garage to. The shop is a bit off the beaten path, the office is in an older house under a grove of trees, but the shop right behind the office is up to date and very reliable. Rusty, the owner, is always concerned that his customers are satisfied with the service they get. If the survey allowed awarding of stars, I'd give them five!

Rusty does a good job and is scrupulously honest! I will really miss having such a reliable mechanic when he retires.
