Brothers Jerry and Jim give you the honest truth about Lexus vehicles rather than the "corporate speak" line of BS that the dealers give you. If work doesn't need to be done, they will tell you to save the money. For example, they just put front and rear Akebono ceramic brake pads (that I saved money on by buying myself) on my LS 430 Lexus. Jerry showed me the rotor surface on the fronts and they had a rough surface so we turned the front rotors. But, on the rears, the surface was smooth and unwarped, so he reccommended to not turn them so that the rotors would not have to be replaced as quickly. The more you turn rotors the more you have to replace them. The Lexus dealers usually would not even let you out into the shop area for "insurance" reasons, much less try to save you money that way. Dealers also won't let you bring in your own brake pads most of the time.

I have been driving Toyota's since the late 1970's and enjoy their reliability. My wife thinks that our cars are always clean, run great and are full of gas. I learned long ago to do the preventative maintenance to a vehicle. Jerry & Jim always tell me the truth and never charge me enough to work on our cars. They are the best when it comes to Toyota and Lexus care. I have friends who are trading their cars in for Toyota cars just so they can start going there for service.

Pratt has been working on our cars for over 5 years. We always leave feeling like we did not pay enough! Wonderful in every sense of the word. Like a good family doctor, they know our car and its needs/history.

Never been treated wrong. Excellent shop. Older guys with experience. No commissioned mechanics. They are on salary and do not try to sell you things unnecessarily. Better than the dealer, who, in my opinion, only hires young mechanics fresh from the vocational schools, or worse yet, some shade tree shop. From what I've learned, Jerry & Jim have over 1500 satisfied clients. I always enjoy watching them interact with someone who has never been there before. A must see for yourself mechanic shop.
