I've been looking for a good mechanic in the N. Fort Worth- Keller area for over a year, and I've finally found one. I discovered Bill's Half Price Auto Repair through a google search, and thought he was worth checking out based on posted reviews. We were experiencing front-end noises with our Ford Windstar. Bill took a test ride and quickly diagnosed it as a bad wheel bearing. The repair was done that morning at a reasonable price, and we found Bill and his employees to be helpful and courteous. I will be taking my other car back to him for brake work and will post a review once that is complete. Since Bill's Half Price Auto Repair hasn't been listed on the Mechanics Files, I am happy to recommend Bill's shop to anyone in need of an honest mechanic in the N. Fort Worth/Keller/Haslet area.

Wife took our Sonata to a "quick lube" place for an oil change. They tried to scare her into buying nearly $200 worth of fluid services stating the brake fluid was contaminated. Instead, she called, and I told her to drive 1.5 miles home and park. Took car to Bill's, showed him the written estimate from the oil change place and asked him to check the car over from top to bottom. Three hours later, he called and said car was ready. Didn't need anything. No charge. I keep going back and have never been slightly disappointed in the way we are treated or in their service. When our other vehicle is out of warranty, we're taking it to Bill's, as well.
