Family owned and operated Mobil station and garage, Mike Radillo and his wife and staff provide excellent service at great prices. His estimates are consistently one third to one half those of Firestone and always lower than his competitors. Work is high quality and I know of no complaints or "come-backs". I always recommend female friends to him because he never tries to take advantage of an unknowedgable customer, and he is honest to a fault. If he can't perform the necessary service, he has friends who can satisfactorily at a fair and reasonable price. Mike is an asset to the local automotive community. At a recent state inspection he noted that my license plate light bulbs were burned out, but rather than charging to replace them, he told me to go buy some, "it's cheaper". Hell-of-a-guy!

Mike and his wife Laura, have been taking care of our two car's for 20 plus years. There is no doubt in my mind that without their dedicated and CARING proffessionalism neither car would have made it through all those years as dependable transportation. They kept our 1980 Pontiac Sunbird running and passing inspection way beyond what would have been expected for such a worn down "classic". We continued to drive that car safely until they honestly evaluated the worth vs future repair and parts needs of the car. Recently our 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee was t-boned by a careless driver. A national "collision specialist" played pricing games for over a week as our vehicle sat on their lot. The responsible driver's insurance company registered our car as "salvage value" even tho, as Mike well knew, since he had taken car of the Jeep for 14 years, that the car was worth more than a write off. When I told him of the merry-go-round that the "collision specialist" had us on, he and I drove to the lot, recovered the car, took it to a collision repair shop that Mike was comfortable with. The Jeep was repaired in a timely manner for an agreed on, no surprises price. Now I'm happy, my wife is happy and Mike and Laura are happy simply because they are caring people and were able to help beyond normal requirements. But that is just an example of 20 plus years of trust and comfort we value knowing Mike and Laura Radillo.
