I had this shop recommended to me when my car was rear- ended. I have to admit that dealing with any type of car repair business is my least favorite activity because it can be very hard to find someone you trust. The guys at Backwoods Classics were an absolute dream to work with. They helped sway the insurance company into repairing my car and not totalling it when they knew that I wanted to save the car. They kept me up to date with any communications they had with the insurance company or car rental company. And most important, as a woman who knows very little about cars but hates being talked down to, they treated me with respect and explained everything they needed to do in a way that made sense to me. My car looks like new; you can't tell that anything happened, which I feel is a miracle considering that the entire left quarter panel was wrecked. This body shop doesn't advertise; they are a business owned by a man who's lived in this town of Denton his whole life and they rely on satisfied customers to spread the word. So that's what I want to do. Thanks to Car Talk for providing such a useful outlet for owners to share this kind of information.
