Jim is honest and does what is right for the vehicle. I knew my repair would be expensive, and I felt his price was very fair. After talking with him, I had complete confidence that my car was in good hands. I have been looking for a mechanic like him in the uptown Dallas area for a while and am so thrilled to have found him.

I visited this shop on the recommendation of a co-worker. After my initial visit, I knew that this was a quality shop with honest workers. It was also apparent that the mechanics on duty have many years of experience and are very knowledgable about their craft. They have also worked with me on the final bill when they perceived it to be too much or unwarranted. This was completely of their own valition and without prompting. They also refrained from unnecessary repairs when it was determined to be unwarranted and would not fix the initial problem. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone searching the Dallas area for a good, trustworthy shop.
