This guy is very nice and explains all work done on your car. He always checks to see if you want something done and does not try to intimidate you into getting the work done. When he doesn't know the answer he will tell you. He has redone transmission work on a friend's car at no extra charge. His family owns the body shop on the same lot and they do good work as well. Very convenient to downtown.

I have done business with Ross Avenue Ignition for 18 years and have never had issues with them. I refer everyone that I know to them. They have always gone the extra mile for me and others that I have referred to them.

Bill has always helped me to maintain my '90 Toyota Corolla. This year we took out all the receipts from past work, put them in chronological order and he figured out what work I might need to keep my car running to 200,000 miles. This included replacing the water pump (never replaced) when they put in the car's second timing belt to save me on labor. Bill and his staff are great. I highly recommend them.

I found Ross Ave Ignition from this site and am so glad I checked. Bill and his assistant manager Richard were great to work with. I had a lot of work to be done on my neglected '98 Civic and they were very fair with their pricing. They also checked to see what work I could postpone since my budget hadn't much room. They carefully explained what was needed and why, gave me a good estimate, then called to make sure with me after they'd had a look at my car. To boot, I was going to walk to a friend's house nearby when I left the car and Bill offered to give me a ride instead. And they got all the work done quickly. It drives so much better, I feel like I have a new car! I plan on recommending my friends to Bill. BTW, they're AAA certified too.

I've taken my '98 Honda Civic to Ross Ave a couple of times, & they've always done a thorough job. They are competatively priced & go the extra mile for their customers. I've also had bodywork done by Woodard's Paint & Body which is owned by Bill's brother & is also located on the premesis. They get high marks as well!

Bill Woodard, General Manager and his staff, including Richard Anderson are real pros at what they do, including diagnosing whatever it is right the first time, accurately pricing repairs and sticking to their estimates. An added bonus for those who work downtown is that it is easy to get to. The fact that Ross Avenue Ignition is open on Saturday mornings, is a real plus, if you have a very busy schedule. Highly recommend.
