They have reduced the price from the estimate quoted when the work was completed. They accomodate emergencies. If they wouldn't fix it on their own car--ie. not worth it-- they tell you. In the rare instance they screw up--they tell you and make good.

Found out of town repairs for me when I was traveling. Took the time to talk to the referred mechanic 1800 miles away! And then followed up with me!

We've used these guys for all of our cars for years and recommend them highly enough!

They have done an engine replacement, replaced most of the front end, and done other relatively minor work on our 1996 Cherokee. All was done well and fast. On the engine replacement, they did not like the exhaust manifold seat on the engine they ordered, and went to bat for me with the supplier and got a new one and supplier paid labor to replace it. Then they told me about it. They are completely honest and all ASE certified in one or more areas; at least one person, Kirk, is certified in all ASE offerings. After engine replacement, the downstream O2 sensor (not changed in engine replacement) went bad; they replaced it at no charge because they weren't sure if they might have damaged it. These guys were recommended to us by a native of College Station; she and her truck-driver husband will only go to them. Now we will go nowhere else. We first used them in April 2008. I have witnessed their treatment of ladies while waiting for minor jobs and observed that they are respectful and explain as much as one cares to hear. I do not hesitate to have my wife deal with them. Refreshing to experience such competence and integrity. Accurate printed estimates, reliable delivery time/day, great website. Despite rave review, they are not my brother-in-law; I have nothing to gain, just think good people ought to be rewarded.
