The shop is located in the same parking lot as the area rapid transit drop off which makes it convenient for me to leave my car. They offered to pick me up at the bus stop instead of walking through the parking lot at night to the shop. Mostly I get my oil changed there but I have witnessed how they handle other customers and feel comfortable with the way they do business. Once, I had a strange jerking when I stepped on the gas. Only sometimes. The owner told me he did not know what it was but recommended to clean and air sensor. He told me if it fixed it, to pay him the next time I got my oil changed, if it didn't then I would have to leave the car with him until it acted up more frequently. The service manager called a few days later to ask how things were going, and when I told him it didn't fix it, he insisted that I bring it back when I had time. I finally left the car for a few days and it was repaired that time. They called as few days later to make sure everything was good. It ended up being some kind of coil pack that made my spark plugs make spark.

My transmission failed after having been rebuilt by another shop. Eagle's owner personally supervised my work. He rode me back and forth from home several times during the job for follow ups. He spend a lot of time correcting problems which should have been corrected in the previous overhaul. He went out of his way to research the model and it's peculiarities and correct everything possible. He did not let go of the job until it was perfect. It took a while but it was more than worth the wait.
