I had a "problem" car that ended up needing repairs more often than not. Motormania was recommended to me by another VW owner when I moved to town. Roger (the owner) was great about establishing a relationship with me. He remembers me, my car, and my car's history on the phone as soon as I identify myself. He is always very acommodating to my schedule. On more than one occassion, I have brought the car in for something that needs only a "tweak" and he does not charge me for the labor. He has gone out of his way to find expensive parts for less because he knows I am a student without much income. I have called him from out-of-town with car troubles, described what was going on, and had him instruct the local mechanic when the local mechanic could not determine the problem. He is honest, straight-shooting, and highly competent. I recommend him without hesitation to everyone I know with a VW, and even some of my friends who drive Japanese cars have gone to him for minor problems.
