It is a pleasure to deal with Hai who is a straight shooter. I have 1981 & 1983 Fiat spiders and do most of the work on them myself, but not suspension jobs. Hai has replaced front suspension/steering components and done alignments for me. He is a powerful leader of his shop and is very focused and hard working. Yet he takes the time to talk with me when appropriate. Since it is hard to source my parts, he gave me a list of what he needed and I bought them and one of his guy's put them in. Their prices were around half of what most shops would charge, but the job was done right and they did not worry for a moment about missing the parts markup. Hai happens to be across the road from World Motors who used to do Fiats/Alfas, so that Hai is one of the few shops around that knows how to align Fiats. I contrast this review of Hai as a guy I really like and consider to be totally honest with my review (Angies list) of a nearby European import specialist shop I used on another Fiat job. I thoroughly skewered them based on their leaving nuts loose on my exhaust manifold, which basically fell off (very noisy). I just bought heat-treated nuts and re-attached it. That shop charged at twice Hai's rate and was not competent. Happy to be able to say good things about Hai.
