Cliff is a former Toyota salesman and a factory trained Toyota mechanic. He has worked all the Japanese cars in our extended family, bought, sold and traded cars. He steadfastly refuses to perform unneeded work and is honest almost to a fault. He's also a great human being, as is his wife Laura who runs the front desk.

I took my 91 MR2 in for air conditioning repair. They did a fast and excellent quality job at a price no higher than the dealer would charge.

I believe that Cliff and Laura are honest, diligent, hard working folks who take time to explain and discuss various aspects of cars, car repairs and other issues. I think newcomers to this shop would be well advised to expect a thorough, professional job, with the caveat that the shop is small and busy. Do not be surprised at long waits to pick up the phone, or schedule your car for repairs. Plan ahead, treat the folks in the shop with patience and respect (like your mother taught you), and I'm confident you'll be pleased with their work. If you walk in expecting everything to stop and everyone to rush to your aid, you may be disappointed, and deservedly so.

Cliff and Chuck are the best. They never look for or find non-existent problems to gouge you over. They appear to love what they do and it shows in all interactions with them. My next car may not be a Toyota but if their are any problems, Bluebonnet will get a call from me. Thanks Cliff!
