I don't think there is any question that they are very honest and do good work, however they are VERY VERY VERY BUSY. I dropped my car off at 12 noon on a Wednesday, was told they probably wouldn't get to look at it until the next morning. 24 hours later, I had not heard and called adn they had not yet looked at it.....4 more hours went by and they were just getting it in to look at and were to call me back with an estimate in an hour. The morning of the 3rd day I called them to find that they had done the repairs but neglected to call me with the estimate. THe car was out being test driven. The repairs needed to be done, but I was shocked that I did not get an estimate first. I was not expecting such a large bill - not unreasonable i guess - but I had to really scramble to get the money together.

Heard the words you never want to hear from your spouse. "Oh yeah it's been making that strange noise for the last 2 weeks." Is sounded like the manual transmission was going to explode. I had it towed in and was told there was a pan leak and only 3 drops were left by the time it got to the shop. Then I was told I wouldn't need a new transmission, they just changed the gasket and refilled the fluid. It ran great for the next ten years. Thanks

BC was recommended to me. I had (as every one does) an immediate problem, I needed my alternator replaced. They worked me right in the same day, replaced with a refurbished alt. and I was on my way by 1:30 PM the same day. I now have scheduled work to replace my ball joints for the F-150. I good shop that is honest... that is hard to find these days.
