I was very happy when they saved me money and did a wonderful job on my car.

I had a terrible experience. Problems with accepting my credit card that resulted in them asking me to pay in full with a check before they cancelled my credit card transaction or finished the work on my car (I said no way). The work took 3 weeks longer than estimated. The loaner car that sounded so good when I called to inquire about service was a clunker. There were 4 things I asked them to fix, got an estimate for the four things and then when I got my car back, they only remembered 3 of the items and charged me several hundred more over the estimate. Finally, and this was the kicker, when I got my car, the windshield was crackedin an area that they had done work. I didn't notice it until I was down the block. They refused to fix the windshield at their expense. They offered to get me a quote at "their" price to have it fixed, but they never called back. I decided to pay a windshield repair company the $225 instead of ever having to deal with these guys again.
