I've used Ben for years, as have other members of my family. He's as fair and honest as they come--you can't help but like him, as well. He'll only do what needs to be done--nothing more. If he can't do it, he'll try to refer you on to someone who can.

Are very generous with advice when having problems with car under warranty. Will go to them for routine maintenance (oil changes, etc.) rather than returning to dealership even though auto still in warranty.

I've taken many different vehicles to Ben's. They are always so friendly and helpful. By far the most considerate mechanic I've every found. They have even fixed some minor problems for free! I send my 80+ year old mother to them and never worry that she will be short- changed.

Honesty and competence are the two main things I look for in a mechanic. As long as Ben's shop is open, I won't need to look anywhere else.
