A really great neighborhood shop. They'll explain the work needed and stand behind their estimates. Tell 'em the Boot guy sent ya-(don't forget to ask about the fire-JUST KIDDING!) They do a fine job.

This is a great shop. It was recommended by a female physician that I work with, as it's very convenient to drop off the car in the morning, walk to Vanderbilt University, and invariably the car is ready by mid- afternoon for routine repairs. She particularly was impressed that she was treated so well as a woman, and never felt taken advantage of. Perhaps this is because their manager & one of their mechanics for quite some time was a dear young lady named Angie! I've been impressed with their care of my '94 Olds Cutlass Ciera that has about 160,000 miles on it. They often rattle off several "possible" repairs, but then prioritize them for me & readily admit to some that really aren't necessary for my safety. I have never felt taken advantage of, and never have gotten that "slimy mechanic" feeling that I've had at just about every other shop I've visited.

I have known these folks for years. Angie will be greatly missed. The owner, Todd Burr, is straight shooter. It is true that he will list what could be done and must be done and let your budget and safety concerns dictate youu choices.

Honest and timely, and within many repair areas very competent. Not a place for AC system repairs--had car in five times and never did get it right, even for the day. Very expensive.
