It's a real pleasure to recommend Terry. He's an excellent mechanic and completely honest. We've used him for years, as do all our friends. When he works on a car, it's FIXED. John Trim

Terry was the only shop guy who actually responded to the message I left on his machine. He gave me an appointment, checked the vehicle, and told me what was NOT wrong with the car, no charge. Later I brought it back for some scheduled maintenance. He did the job in a decent amount of time, called when it was finished, didn't leave greasy paw prints anywhere, and even checked a couple of other items that another Big Chain shop had claimed needed pricey work. The work was not yet necessary. I was happy. I am happy. Terry has a piano in his garage. Cool, huh? On one occasion there was a restored classic American car from the '30's in one of the bays. If the owner of this antique trusts Terry with his treasure, I feel confident in his skill. Finally, when I told him I'd found his shop through Click and Clack, he looked confused, and clearly had never even heard of you guys. What could be better than that?
