I am a military spouse that does some work on our family's vehicles. There have been times when B&E have located the problem with my car and I ask if it is something I can do myself to save a little money. They have told me on a couple of occasions that I could indeed do it myself. They told me what part to ask for and how to go about fixing the problem. They also have told me when it would be better for another shop to look at the issue as they didn't have expertise. We trust them and will go back to them during our time here.

Used several repair shops when first moved to area. B&E has always stood behind their repair work. Repair work has included replacing an engine, rountine maintenance, a/c repairs. They have even recommended when repair work not be done (not worth it), or when car should be taken to another shop who specialize in that type of repair. Unquestionable honesty.

I took my car in for evaluation of a vibration in the right rear tire (or so I thought), expecting that I might have a serious suspension problem. Actualy cause was worn tires (all 4 of mine had an admittedly absurd 75000 miles on them & needed replacing) and need for a 4-wheel alignment. After the new tires were on, I brought it back and got a great alignment for $75 the same day (in about 2 hours). Great advice, honest mechanics, low price. I definitely recommend them.

Unless otherwise recommended (by B&E mechanics), we have used them exclusively for the last few years. They were first effusively (too much so, it seemed) recommended to us by a friend. I was skeptical until I tried them the first time. Being a woman and knowing nothing about cars, I was truly grateful for their expertise and their honesty. My husband was also pleasantly surprised. We have reached the point where we tell them "just fix it" when we have a problem, knowing we will receive good work at an honest price.

I would not recommend these mechanics. I took my Mazda 3 in for them to determine a clunking noise in the right front suspension. After they inspected the car, they replaced both front struts. It did not fix the issue. The mechanic then tried to explain to me the car had been in wreck, which it had not. He went on to tell me more than likely the issue was something rattling in the box beams of the car, which it does not have. The clunking noise was so loud a friend of mine said there was no way it was in the frame of the car, it had to be suspension. When I spoke with the mechanics at B & E about it, they told me I didn't know what I was talking about. To make a long story short, another mechanic and a replaced upper strut mount and the issue was resolved. Poor mechanics, would never take my car there and would not recommend.
