The first Toyota I took to Huffman had a blown head gasket, and it took them a couple hours to work through all the possible problems and give me an answer, and seeing as I had very little money at the time, I broke down in tears in their lobby. They didn't charge me for the work they had done in those two hours, since it didn't really fix it, and advised me well to limp the car home, calm down, sit down and decide what I wanted to do, and were very honest about the car's chances of being repaired to a good condition. I sold that car and bought another used Toyota, which eventually needed a timing belt and alternator replacement. They were a little slow on the alternator because they had to wait for the part, and unfortunately I found out three weeks later that it was a bad alternator. They replaced it the second time for no charge with no hassle, though. Car problems have been frustrating but they haven't given me any problems. Note that they do not install customer parts, and I feel their price for parts is a bit high, but the work is good.
