Great place to take your Subaru. Not a lot of independant places in Knoxville area to take a Subaru, but this place has knowledgable and experienced Subaru mechanics.

I bought a used car from the local dealer who I thought was a trustworthy establishment. When I took the car to them they found an unending list of things wrong as a result of an undocumented crash. They were fair and honest with me. I had many discussions with the service advisor about what I could/couldn't/should/shouldn't do to or with the car. What began as a $800+ routine maintenance trip became a $238 counseling session about the now dubbed "nightmare" I bought. They are not out to make a fast buck off a clueless customer. They truly have your and your wallet's best interest at heart. As another reviewer said these guys are true class acts. I fully trust them and will recommend them to everyone I can.

They did impeccable work on a Mazda for me. Diagnosed multiple problems with ignition and sticky throttle in no time flat. Easily 1/3 of the price of the local dealer and in a much more timely manner. I inquired with them about working on a Hyundai when I bought one of those, and they work on those too. The Hyundai's been so good that I haven't needed them on it yet, but when/if it breaks, it'll be going to Park South.
