I did not answer "They respond well when they screw something up", because they have never screwed the pooch. And Gallatin has no public transportion.

I bought a used 1999 Subaru Forester to drive back and forth to work and save on gas. I knew it would need some routine maintenance that comes with age when I bought it. I've unfortunately had more done than originally planned. However, Gateway has been great at diagnosing the issues, giving me a reasonable quote and fixing the problems that have arisen. They guaranteed their work and when I had a problem with the check engine light after a fix, they took the car and fixed it no questions asked. I was treated with respect and honesty. They've won me over and have a on going customer if another problem comes up. I've also got a 1998 Ford F150 that when the times comes, will be going to Gateway for repair/maintenance work.
