So, JB is my husband, I've lived with him for over 28 years, and that gives me a pretty good idea about who he is. It is probably true that I'm biased. You can be sure he is patient and kind because he has put up with me for this long. We live on an intentional community called The Farm and Joe mostly fixes older cars for folks with no money, so we ain't rich. There is no public transport here and if JB can't fix your car problem he finds the best and cheapest way to get the thing fixed. He has high standards for honesty and repairs, but helps anybody who shows up, lends bay space, tools and expertise and goes out and rescues stranded and wrecked souls at all hours of the day and night. We get lots of calls, lots of thanks, and he doesn't keep records of what is owed, so we don't get lots of money. Anyway, he's a pretty good mechanic, totally honest and none of my cars has ever left me stranded on the road (except for the time I guessed wrong about how much gas I had left in my van with the broked gas gauge. He fixed that the next day. ahem)
