This shop is good and honest. Mike is a Master Tech in Lexus and Toyota. When Toyota of Cleveland has a vehicle that they cannot fix, they take it to Mike! They have worked on several of my vehicles that have from 100,000 to 200,000 miles on them. They are cheaper than dealerships with more knowledge. Other private shops cannot compete with their expertise. They usually do not work on American cars and they do not like to work on German or Swedish cars.

They work on all of my family's vehicles. We all own Toyotas and Hondas. They do great professional work. Even when my wife takes her car in, they treat her with the respect she deserves. Their prices are fair for the quality work they do. They are not the cheapest in town, but I have already gone down that road with another shop. Big mistake. These guys are great. P.S. They don't work on VW's or other German type cars.
