Recently quoted work for a certain price and honored the price although parts ended up costing most of that price.

This is a VW shop, but they have one mechanic who works only on Nissans. He has been a dream mechanic - he's given my Nissan great, timely service for 10 years and makes every effort to keep the costs down. The shop itself isn't much to look at - it's located on a somewhat junky lot off East Main Street in Chattanooga. Myself and their other loyal customers could care less - it's the results that count. Here's their address: 1624 Rossville Ave. Chattanooga, TN. 37408 (423) 266-0511

Did some repair work on my Golf, and the price was much lower than I'd been quoted elsewhere. The service wasn't as timely as I'd like, but it was excellent work and Jim took the time to explain exactly what went wrong, how they fixed it, and what to do if it happened again. He was not patronizing, just factual. The neighborhood is kind of sketchy, but for the serviec and the price, I'll make that drive again.
