Had questions unrelated to repair. They had the mechanic come out from the shop to talk with me. Very helpful. By the way, I believe you spelled Christian incorrectly.

My Wife and I have had a number of vehicle to this repair facility. They always done great work, explained the repair and given us a fair price. I can't brag enough about the work they've done for my family!

This is one of the very few automotive repair places I've ever seen that apply the terms "customer service" and "professionalism" to the way you're treated when you need your car fixed.

The front desk folks are very pleasant and agreeable always - but I'm not sure they really understand what they're talking about. I took my car in to get my rotors turned due to vibration when braking. The mechanic pointed out to the front desk that it would be all the same work if I also replaced brake pads. However, the price I was quoted for the brake pads was high - I believe it included all the labor for which I was already paying. Since the pads had plenty of life left, I had them put back on.
