I have taken my car to Freedom for seven years and have always been well treated. For example, after a wreck, the owner stayed until 8:30 to wait for me and the wrecker to arrive. The body shop did an excellent job. After a transmission replacement (subcontracted to another shop) failed, They rented a car for me and repaired the transmission at no charge. They have always treated me and my wife fairly and I will continue to take my car there.

We have been taking our cars to Freedom for about 4 years now and highly recommend it to others. This is an honest shop with very competent personnel who will take the time to explain things; I've never walked out of there wondering if I'd 'been taken' (which after living in Chicago and Houston, is a big relief!). Really, maintaining and repairing cars is not an inexpensive endeavor, and if I have to pay for a new timing belt, hoses, front end, etc., it's comforting to know that the item really needs to be fixed, will be fixed right, and be done at a fair price. I've also had to make use of Freedom's body shop. My car actually came out looking better than when I bought it. They're not the cheapest on the block, but then, you get what you pay for, and according to that criteria, they're definitely worth it.

A couple of times I've taken my Camry there with something I thought was big (needing new brakes, smoke coming from exhaust) it's turned to be a very minor problem. No wild goose chases and no unnecessary repairs. Very honest and I'm glad to do business with them.

My daughter's air conditioning went out and it looked like a $575.00 compressor replacement. Upon closer inspection the guys at Freedom discovered that the problem was related to incorrect wiring from a do-it-yourself repair. They fixed it for $80.00 and we've never had another problem. In true Texas fashion, reliable word of mouth information is as good as gold. These guys are honest and upright and are in this business for the long haul. I recommend them without hesitation.
