Although we have moved 700 miles away, we try to put off our routine maintenance until we can take the car to Carolina Volvo (a nice excuse to go to the beach). They are extremely competent and professional. They do the job right the first time. Another nice thing is that they tell me what needs to be taken care of right away versus what I can wait to do until the next regular service. The combination of quality work, honesty, and reasonable prices have earned our loyalty.

The Carolina Volvo service department is one of the main reasons I keep buying Volvos. Come to think of it, one of the service managers once arranged that my loaner was the type of Volvo I said that I wanted next (at the end of the day I wouldn't get out of the car and took it home with me for the next several years!).

We were in the area on vacation and I had an unfortunate incident with my A/C condenser. We had a hard deadline on when we had to leave and driving back to Jersey with no A/C was not an option. They did an awesome job in tracking down the part, even calling in district manager. When I ran out of time on the rental I had hot wired, they hooked me up with a loaner. In the end, it was done on time, for the price they quoted and it was washed too boot. I'm not a fan of having car problems on vacation, but if you do, these guys are great.
